Paragliding accuracy is the oldest of the free flying disciplines. Accuracy has evolved as the Gliders changed from Round canopies in the 1960s, Square rigs during the 1970s and paragliders from the mid 1980s.
Paragliding Accuracy is now a family friendly team sport.
You can compete locally at your club or internationally on most of the continents of the World
Paragliding accuracy competitions can be foot launched from hills and mountains or tow launched on airfields. We are aiming to hit a 2cm yellow dot on an electronic pad.
In low winds you better be quick (above) and in higher winds a dainty touch is required (left).
The British Accuracy Academy, BAC, has been setup to support pilots who want to get into the sport.
We can provide training and advice on your journey from a rookie to becoming World Champion.
This website will take you to all the web resources needed along the way.
