qualified BAPC\/BHPA instructor, marking the beginning of what would become 40 years of distinguished teaching and mentorship. He has claimed the British championship title 14 times between 1978 and 2024, demonstrating remarkable longevity at the highest level of the sport. His international success peaked in 1986 when he became parascending World Champion and set a World Record with three consecutive 00.00cm precision landings. He later conquered paragliding, securing the World Champion title in 2000, followed by Silver and Bronze medals at the 2002 and 2004 World Championships respectively. As the founder of Thermal Chasers and a current BHPA Chief Flying Instructor qualified in HG, PA, PG, and PPG, he remains actively engaged in advancing the sport, including flying the innovative
