target as a fundamental demonstration of pilot skill, equal in importance to flying long distances and executing complex tasks.<\/p><p>The Academy aspires to train pilots who will join the UK Paragliding Accuracy Team and contribute to winning the Paragliding Accuracy World of paragliding accuracy in the UK.<\/li><li>To provide resources for training and developing accuracy pilots.<\/li><li>To create an inclusive environment for all members, including juniors, improvers, and individuals with special needs.<\/li><li>To train and provide skilled pilots for the UK Paragliding Accuracy Squad.<\/li><li>To organise and run a minimum of four Category 2 accuracy competitions annually, providing new pilots with an opportunity to put their skills into practice.<\/li><li>To enable pilots to enter the World Pilot Ranking Scheme (WPRS) and compete against international pilots.<\/li><li>To develop and train judges for paragliding accuracy competitions.<\/li><li>To establish an accuracy coaching system that allows new coaches to be trained to deliver consistent and high-quality instruction.<\/li><li>To raise funds by seeking sponsors and running events at a
